จากการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ สู่การแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน AACSB อีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์และบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ บนเส้นทางการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาสู่มาตรฐานสากล

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กันยายน 2569 คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์และบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ (ECBA) นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.พินิจ ดวงจินดา คณบดี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและประธานหลักสูตร เดินทางเยือน Sunway Business School (SBS), Sunway University ประเทศมาเลเซีย เพื่อหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบัน และโอกาสในการพัฒนาความร่วมมืออย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในอนาคต โดยเฉพาะด้านการจัดการศึกษา การพัฒนานิสิต การวิจัย และกิจกรรมทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติ

หนึ่งในประเด็นสำคัญของการเยือนครั้งนี้ คือ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาตามมาตรฐาน AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานการรับรองคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านธุรกิจที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ โดย ECBA ได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวปฏิบัติกับ SBS ในฐานะสถาบันที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน AACSB เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางที่จะนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพของคณะอย่างเป็นระบบ

จากการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองร่วมกัน สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า “คุณภาพการศึกษา” ไม่ได้เกิดจากองค์ประกอบใดองค์ประกอบหนึ่ง หากแต่ต้องขับเคลื่อนทั้งระบบไปพร้อมกัน ตั้งแต่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะของอาจารย์ การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ตลอดจนการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมและสถาบันการศึกษาในระดับนานาชาติ ซึ่งล้วนเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับการเรียนการสอน การสร้างงานวิจัยที่มีผลกระทบสูง (High-Impact Research) และการสร้างคุณค่าที่ส่งต่อไปสู่สังคมอย่างแท้จริง

การหารือครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Dr. Lim Weng Marc คณบดี Sunway Business School และ Professor Dr. Zaheer Anwer รองคณบดี ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง ประสบการณ์ ตลอดจนแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ซึ่งไม่เพียงช่วยเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการบริหารจัดการองค์กร แต่ยังสร้างพลังบวกและแรงบันดาลใจสำคัญให้กับ ECBA ในการเดินหน้าสู่เป้าหมายการยกระดับคุณภาพในระดับสากล

สำหรับคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์และบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ การเดินทางครั้งนี้จึงมีความหมายมากกว่า “การเยือนมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตร” หากแต่เป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวของการเรียนรู้ การเชื่อมโยง และการสร้างเครือข่ายที่จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ECBA ยังคงมุ่งมั่นขับเคลื่อนองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็น คณะชั้นนำด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์และบริหารธุรกิจ ที่มีคุณภาพและได้รับการยอมรับ สามารถบ่มเพาะผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้ สมรรถนะ และมุมมองที่พร้อมสำหรับโลกการทำงานในอนาคต พร้อมสร้างผลงานทางวิชาการและเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่ก่อให้เกิดคุณค่าต่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

เพราะการก้าวสู่มาตรฐานสากล ไม่ได้เริ่มต้นเพียงจากการได้รับการรับรอง แต่เริ่มต้นจากการสร้างวัฒนธรรมแห่งคุณภาพ การเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งองค์กร

ECBA Advances towards International Standards through Collaboration with Sunway Business School

From strengthening international academic networks to exchanging practices aligned with AACSB standards, the visit marks another important step for the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Thaksin University, on its journey towards internationally recognized educational excellence.

On 2 September 2026, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (ECBA), Thaksin University, led by Dr. Pinit Duangjinda, Dean of ECBA, together with the faculty’s executive team and program chairs, visited Sunway Business School (SBS), Sunway University, Malaysia. The visit provided an opportunity for both institutions to explore potential areas of academic collaboration and discuss ways to develop more tangible partnerships in the future, particularly in education, student development, research, and international academic activities.

A key highlight of the visit was the exchange of practices and experiences related to educational management under AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) standards, an internationally recognized accreditation framework for business education. As an AACSB-accredited institution, SBS shared valuable experiences and practices that provided ECBA with useful perspectives on how internationally recognized quality principles can be applied to support the faculty’s systematic and continuous development.

The discussions also highlighted a shared understanding that educational quality cannot be achieved through any single element; rather, it requires an institution-wide commitment to continuous improvement. This includes strengthening faculty competencies, creating an effective learning environment and support system, and building strong partnerships with industry and international academic institutions. Together, these elements play an important role in enhancing teaching and learning, advancing high-impact research, and creating meaningful contributions to society.

The ECBA delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Lim Weng Marc, Dean of Sunway Business School, and Professor Dr. Zaheer Anwer, Deputy Dean, who generously shared their perspectives, experiences, and approaches to educational quality development. The exchange not only broadened ECBA’s perspectives on institutional management but also provided positive momentum and inspiration as the faculty continues its journey towards internationally recognized standards of excellence.

For ECBA, this visit represented much more than a visit to an international academic partner. It marked another meaningful step in learning, connecting, and building partnerships that can translate into tangible institutional development.
