Tourism and Sports in Austria

On 13th November 2025, Department of Economics hosted a special presentation for third-year Economics students enrolled in the Tourism and Sports Economics course. The seminar, entitled “Tourism and Sports in Austria,” was delivered by our guest speakers from Gmunden, David and Ennio.

The presentation provided a comprehensive overview of Austria, including its prominent tourist attractions, major sports, and notable aspects of Austrian cuisine, beverages, and cultural traditions. Following the presentation, students were given the opportunity to pose questions regarding Austria and to practice English and basic German with the guest speakers.
