Cheese Board Workshop!

On 3rd July 2025, in our Economics of Small and Medium Enterprise Management class, we learned how to create a cheese or charcuterie board featuring a variety of cheeses, including Cheddar, Red Cheddar, Edam, Brie, Camembert. We also explored different cheese pairings and tasted new combinations with baguette, crackers, fruits, dried fruits, meats, and spreads. Who knows—this cheese board could inspire your future business venture!
